In support of the Presidential Job Summit Programme, we ensure that all projects outside the Johannesburg vicinity are capacitated with a combination of semi-skilled labour sourced from communities surrounding the site location, and managed by our highly-skilled permanent staff
Skills Development
In support of our job creation initiative, and our passionate commitment to performance-excellence, unskilled workers are required to attend an in-house introductory training programme. We are in the process of formalising this training through the Manufacturing and Engineering SETA to ensure that our semi-skilled labourers can
develop their capability and their careers.
